On Saturday April 13, Lonnie will be speaking on “Driving Business Results Using Agile” during the Saturday afternoon session at the Marriott World Center in Orlando, FL. This hands-on session, using “Training from the BACK of the Room” techniques, will look at various Scrum scenarios to help your teams deliver the product your clients want, when they want it.
