Scrum Gathering Atlanta – Braintrust To Host Two Sessions!

April 30, 2012

Mark your calendars now for May 7-9 in Atlanta! This year’s Scrum Gathering will be right in our back yard and the Braintrust team will be onhand to share some wonderful content. On Monday May 7, president Brian Rabon and trainer Lonnie Weaver-Johnson will talk about Braintrust’s secret sauce – teaching Scrum effectively using back-of-the-room techniques. Then on Tuesday, hear Brian again along with Chief Operating Officer Kate Megaw as they talk about innovative ways to liven up your Sprint Retrospective meetings.

For you trainers and those bringing Scrum to your organization, Brian and Lonnie will discuss on Monday how accelerated learning methods differ from traditional methods, the value of a learning compass, the four ‘C’s to build an effective training course (come find out what they are), and more. Do your Sprint Retrospective meetings turn into the same thing every time? Check out the Tuesday session where Brian and Kate will show you how to shake up the Sprint Retrospective using three innovative techniques and restore fun and creativity to this critical Scrum meeting.

As always, the Scrum Gathering is the most popular event held each year by the Scrum Alliance and this year’s event promises to be bigger than ever. Sign up now at the event website and we look forward to seeing you there!
