All the world’s a stage, and this week we’ll be taking part in Scrum Alliance’s Global Event in Barcelona, Spain! This fall’s Scrum Gathering Barcelona is being held this week and the Braintrust team will be on-hand to share some wonderful content. The vision for the Barcelona event is all about innovation. On Wednesday October 3, president Brian M. Rabon, CST, PMP will be speaking in the Unleashing Innovation track.
Brian’s talk will be on assessing your effectiveness at enabling hyper-productive teams. Braintrust has developed a five-level maturity model for ScrumMasters to provide an assessment on where they are and, more importantly, identify steps to move further along the path. Come to this session and learn about this model and pick up some tips on how to enable the productivity that Agile and Scrum was designed to unleash.
As always, the Scrum Gathering is the most popular event held each year by the Scrum Alliance and this year’s event promises to be bigger than ever.
