June 21, 2010

The only thing certain in today’s economy is change. Businesses need to be able to make quick course corrections in order to survive.

Within Agile the customer has the flexibility to add new scope throughout the project lifecycle. They might choose to make an addition based on; changes in the economy, unanticipated market conditions, or new discoveries and developments. They also have the flexibility to change their mind about priority or the order in which features get implemented. Overall the customer has great freedom in order to develop what is most important for the business at the time.
